Well, here we go again. Having looked back at the previous entries for One Moment Each Day and realising how important they were for recording events I might otherwise have forgotten, as well as enjoying reading them, I'm having a go at a restart. Am anticipating the Apple iMac will make it a lot faster to update entries as well. And what a way to start...

Although we'd known for a while John was going to ask Stacey to marry him, and even though there was no doubt she'd say yes, was still exciting to get the text from him to confirm they're engaged. I understand she was in floods of tears with happiness.

With Becky & family away in Cheltenham for the weekend, and Thursday's training instructions from Barry ringing in my ears, here I am somewhat nervously feeding his marine fish for the very first time... the fish Barry's been meticulously tending to perfection for the past year. Seemed to go well, with all inmates pointing the right way up... other than the shrimp, who seems to have no right way up.
